Dr. Abram Harsha Vardhan is a Consultant Paediatrician and Paediatric Intensivist with over 11 years of medical experience, including more than 4 years in paediatric intensive care. He is known for his clinical expertise and commitment to delivering focused, quality care to critically ill children in both NICU and PICU settings.
He completed his MBBS from Liaoning Medical University, China, followed by a Diploma in Child Health (DCH) from Aligarh Muslim University. He further trained in Paediatric Intensive Care through a fellowship program at Narayana Hrudayalaya, Bangalore, under RGUHS. His academic and clinical training has helped him manage a wide range of paediatric emergencies and complex cases requiring intensive monitoring and advanced life support in the NICU and PICU.
Dr. Abram has worked in several reputed hospitals across India. As a top NICU doctor and PICU specialist, he has handled critical cases such as severe dengue, liver failure, encephalopathy, and post-transplant complications. He is trained in bedside ultrasound, 2D Echo, E-FAST, mechanical ventilation, and renal support therapies including CRRT, IHD, and PLEX. He is also experienced in managing children on ECMO and other advanced life support systems.
He has been involved in post-operative care for children undergoing complex heart surgeries, liver transplants, and bone marrow transplants. Alongside clinical responsibilities, he has guided junior doctors and trained nursing staff, especially in emergency and intensive care situations. His ability to speak Telugu, English, Hindi, and Kannada helps in building better communication and trust with families from diverse backgrounds.
